MISSION
My mission is to provide trauma‑informed, person‑centered peer support that empowers individuals to navigate their recovery and mental health wellness with confidence, clarity, and self‑determination. Through authentic connection and shared lived experience, I meet people where they are and offer compassionate guidance, practical tools, and unwavering respect. My goal is to help each person build resilience, strengthen their voice, and move toward a meaningful, self‑directed life defined by wellness, hope, and personal growth.
Founder Tiffany M.
As the Founder of Warm Peer services I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the work I do. I am a Certified Peer Support Specialist in the state of Maryland, with additional certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Suicide First Aid, Trauma‑Informed Care, non‑clinical Crisis Response, and Group Facilitation. My approach is strengths‑based, respectful, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and build a meaningful, self‑directed life.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families facing mental health challenges, substance use struggles, and major life transitions. My work focuses on helping people identify their strengths, access essential resources, and move toward greater stability and wellness. I strive to help individuals build confidence, overcome barriers, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Additionally, I work as a subcontractor providing peer support services to partnering organizations, offering flexible, collaborative care tailored to individual needs. I partner with agencies to deliver peer support in a way that is adaptable, client‑focused, and aligned with organizational goals, while maintaining the core values of empathy, respect, encouragement, and empowerment. This subcontracting model allows me to integrate seamlessly into existing programs while ensuring that the support I provide remains person‑centered, trauma‑informed, and grounded in lived experience.

This work has shaped my commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care and continues to guide my role as the Program Coordinator.
My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and rooted in empowerment. I believe every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and supported in achieving their goals. Through advocacy, education, and community connection, I strive to help people build confidence, overcome barriers, and create meaningful change in their lives. As the Program Coordinator.I am committed to fostering a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can access support without judgment. Together, we work to promote resilience, wellness, and hope while ensuring services remain accessible, culturally responsive, and focused on the unique needs of each person and family.
